UXOps Hub
Centralized AI-powered UX Collaboration Tool
UX Research Case Study
UXOps Hub began as an exploration of how AI can meaningfully augment UX teams — not by replacing design tools, but by streamlining collaboration, centralizing knowledge, and generating insights across the process.

What We Set Out To Do
- Create a single hub for teams to track UX work across phases
- Allow users to plug in tools they already use (like Figma, Maze, Google Forms)
- Use AI in context-aware, helpful ways — not generic assistants
- Prioritize organization, team transparency, and velocity
Why This Project Matters
UX teams are scattered — design files in Figma, research notes in Notion, feedback in Google Sheets. This leads to lost time, poor handoffs, and repeated mistakes. UXOps Hub gives teams a structured, connected home with smart assistance built in.
Designing the System, Not Just Screens
We began by understanding the workflow of a UX team across the product lifecycle. From there, we ideated core sections (Research, UI Design, Testing & Analysis) and injected AI in ways that enhanced — not replaced — human decisions. This meant contextual prompts, insight generators, and smart summaries, each tailored to their stage.

Key Highlights
Here are moments where thoughtful design met meaningful interaction and AI capability.

1. Modular Home Dashboard with Scalable Grid
Designed to grow with team size and screen dimensions. Projects are displayed in a responsive grid with adaptive breakpoints, integrated activity feed, and access to detailed views.

2. Project Page with Phase-aware Breakdown
Each project view opens to a contextual overview, with tabs for different UX phases. Every tab houses AI tools specific to its tasks — no distractions, just relevant insight and actions.

3. Integrated Design System Library
UI section includes a full design reference board: colors, typography, spacing guides, and plugin-connected references to Figma files. Everything is context-linked for clarity.

4. AI-assisted Testing & Feedback Analysis
The combined Testing & Analysis tab features rich AI tools: auto-highlight from usability recordings, smart feedback clustering, and anomaly detection from imported analytics.
